Office hours are between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm (CST) Monday - Friday and Saturdays & Sundays the offices are closed. Please note that we will be closed between December 24th through the 27th for the Christmas Holiday, and January 1st through the 2nd. Orders will still get processed and sent off to the warehouse as normal at this time, but we will not be able to express ship when the offices are closed, and cannot take cancellations if orders are placed at this time under the assumption that they will be express shipped. Please check prior to placing an order if you need to have an item express shipped. We would be happy to check stock, or make sure that an item can be made for you in time for a special function. Thank you!

If you contact us while the offices are closed, we will do our very best to get back to you as soon as possible. Your business is very important to us! Our offices are located in Phoenix AZ, and our products are sent out of warehouses in California, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Florida and New York. Please not that some item's may arrive separately due to item's being shipped out of various locations.
